Police suspect racial motivation in mob beatings at State Fair

The headline has a few readers more interested in the North (or South) Carolina State Fair but you will have no such luck this year. If you live in Iowa, on the other hand, a rarely know tradition is for groups of teens to randomly target whites at their State Fair.

At least that's what police are saying following this year's festivities. To take things a step further, not even the local police department could maintain control over the crowd.

What does that say about Des Moines Iowa? What does this tell us about Raleigh or Charlotte where many large public events are held?
