Chicks aren't the only ones with a mean shoe game these days. The fellas are manning up and showing that their customized sneaker collections can stand up to the baddest of stilettos and open toes.
And on the flipside many females have tossed away thier soft bottoms, for the new grown and sexy look. But what they fail to realize is that any man with style loves a chick that can flip the game. Sneakers to the concert and stilettos to the club. I saw many fly international mommies rocking, the illest kicks. So I had to roll up on one of them like: "Where'd You Get Those?"
Saturday marked the makings of a new NC tradition --bigging up the Cakalack state's sneaker culture. No longer do heads have to venture to ATL for Sneaker Pimps events, and NY and Philly to get their kicks fix... thanks to a true sneaker head, NC is bringing the culture to us.
Don't let the location fool you, NC has had an avid sneaker culture for some time now. With boutiques like FM Goods , The Niche Market , and East West Clothing catering to die-hard sole fiends, and companies such as FYSH Clothing calling the Triangle home, it was only natural that a full-out Sneaker assemblage would happen soon enough.
Collectors turned up from all over NC and as far away as Philly to show off their exclusive collections. There were sneaks to envy, ogle, pet (we're talking fur kicks, people), and purchase. And NUFACESNC.com was there to bring the exclusives back to you!
