Bobcats Sign Kwame Brown to One Year Deal at NBA Minimum

Ten years after leaving highschool to become the number one pick in the 2001 NBA Draft and, subsequently, the biggest mistep in Jordan's career as an NBA Exec has landed in the legends left pocket once again.

One of MJ's first moves as president of basketball operations for the Washington Wizards was drafting Kwame Brown. Since that day Jordan has received more flak for selecting Brown with the top pick than Kwame himself for his poor play relative to the attention he garnered as a manchild.

To redeem his career and salvage a legacy he has one last stop - this the reality when you are signing for the vetran minimum.

One thing Kwame should be aware - the Charlotte Sports (anti)Fan. In this city, you never enter with a clean slate. If KB thinks Charlotteans are going to give him clean slate he will have the longest short stay in the Queen City - just ask Bob Johnson. Undoubtedly the local sports forums are a buzz with ridicule for both Jordan and coach Larry Brown.
