Nikole Churchill is a 22 year old senior nursing student at Hampton University and the first non-Black to win the honor of being Miss Hampton.  Her father is from Guam and a mother who is italian and many students at the historically black college in Virginia don't see this as a ground-breaking event to celebrate.
